Healing Your Relationship With Food

God gave us the good gift of food to nourish, energize and sustain us, not to stress us out!  Dieting has harmed our relationship with food and our bodies - however - we can reconnect with our God-given innate body wisdom again. We can live with food in a  peaceful, enjoyable and balanced way.  This Workshop guides you through the information, tools and steps you need to begin to heal your relationship with food and to begin to build a new lifestyle. I will walk with you and coach you along the way. Our Liberated Eating Community will walk along with you as well. You will adopt 13 intuitive living principles and 4 mindful behaviors. These are our foundation. 

This Workshop is for those who:

 ·  consistently find themselves too full after eating · have been dieting too long, with little or no success · find it hard to ignore food if it is nearby · experience late night eating that often feels out of control · sometimes eat in secret · feel guilty for eating “fattening” foods · feel angry with themselves for disobeying a food/diet rule · don’t trust themselves around “fattening” foods · think about food way too much ·  turn to food when stressed, bored, angry, lonely, happy, etc.·  aren’t sure what it means to eat normally anymore · over-exercise to compensate for eating too much·      have little or no energy for play or exercise · think of food as “good” or “bad” · feel hungry all the time · are sick and tired of dealing with this “food thing” 


This Workshop is the beginning of a healing process and the process of discovering and adopting a personal lifestyle that fits you and your goals. It is not a diet or an eating program. 


This group includes:

  • Membership in the larger Liberated Eating Community
  • Our Private Discussion Forum – so you have daily access to our Community and can interact with other liberated eaters

This Workshop will help you: 

  • Discover why diets haven't worked long term (it's not about willpower)
  • Adopt proven core behaviors, beliefs and tools that will work for a lifetime
  • Develop a consistent, balanced, flexible food-life
  • Build a personal lifestyle that will sustain you and your wellness goals
